Thank you for choosing MT Creative. Please read the following terms carefully to understand your warranty and service coverage for our jewelry, art, and custom products.

Warranty Coverage

• Duration: Most eligible products come with a 15-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.
• Documentation: To claim the warranty, the original invoice must be presented.
• Alternative Verification: In case the invoice is lost, the courier tracking number or order number may be used for verification. Without at least one of these documents, the warranty claim will be considered void.

Warranty & Returns Will Not Be Accepted In The Following Cases:

• Water Damage: Any damage caused by exposure to water, chemicals, or moisture (especially relevant for jewelry and metal art).
• Physical Damage: Including breakage, cracks, scratches, or misuse of the product (e.g., damaged wood art or bent jewelry).
• Application Errors: For DTF heat transfer stickers, the warranty is void if the sticker is damaged due to incorrect heat application, improper peeling, or use of an unstable heat source.
• Unauthorized Alterations: If the product (jewelry, laces, or art) has been repaired, resized, or tampered with by any unauthorized individual or service center.
• Safety Seal: If any safety or quality seal is removed or found broken upon return.
• Missing Proof: If both the courier tracking/order number and the original invoice are unavailable, the claim will be void.

Inspection Process
Once a claim is initiated, our team will inspect the item for eligibility based on the terms above. MT Creative reserves the right to determine if a product has been misused or damaged outside of manufacturing defects.
