Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all parts or accessories.

Customized Items: Personalized jewelry, custom badges, and commissioned wood or metal art are not eligible for returns unless they arrive defective or damaged.
DIY Supplies: DTF heat transfer stickers cannot be returned once the backing has been peeled or the heat application process has started.
